STV Incorporated is seeking an entry to Transportation Engineer Intern to assist the Transportation Team in the Charlotte, NC office. This position offers the opportunity to work with transportation structures design engineering staff on a variety of exciting projects. You will learn from experienced engineers across a variety of unique project types. Can work part time until summer and potentially a summer internship full time.

Required Qualifications:

• Civil Engineering program pursuing a Master's Degree.
• Completion of or enrollment in transportation engineering course, preferably with an emphasis on structures.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, good time management skills, and attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications:

• Completion of an advanced transportation engineering course (such as bridge design, etc.).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Prior internship experience is a plus.
• Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
