Perform day-to-day technical work in support of government clients. Plan and conduct research requiring adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. Develop and evaluate innovative solutions to complex problems and issues. Support the identification and development of innovative solutions to complex functional problems that impact function's success. Learn Booz Allen's innovation ecosystem and work with the our teams supporting the firm's clients in different markets, with exposure to information systems engineering, Cybersecurity engineering, data science, systems development, and risk analysis.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in a science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM)

-Experience with conducting research

-Experience with solving complex problems and issues

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent time management and analytical skills

-Previous government security clearance
