Karen Catlin develops powerful women leaders in the tech industry with leadership coaching and advising companies on how to attract and retain female talent. She has an extensive background in Silicon Valley and wants to help the next generation of women have successful careers. Formerly, Karen was a vice president at Adobe Systems.

Outside of her commercial ventures Karen works with a number of non-profits leveraging her same passion. She’s on the Board of Directors of The CLUB, an incubator of women leaders. Through Brown University Women's Launch Pad, she mentors young women about to start their careers. She’s also on the Advisory Board for MentorNet, an organization that provides mentoring for STEM students.
