In trying to accurately assess the production and value of employees, companies devise a variety of tools to allow managers to objectively rate their employees' performance. The problem becomes figuring out how effective these evaluations are. Justin Harris, human resources practitioner and generalist at Tennessee State University, talks to Tim Muma about critiquing and revamping the current performance evaluation you use as an organization. He provides some tips and rationale for making small changes that could have a big impact.
