Status: Hourly, FT

Pay Range: $28.35/hour.

Scope of Position:

  • In addition to the above, greet and assist all persons needing assistance without discrimination.
  • Timely and detailed documentation required.
  • Professional discretion necessary to determine appropriate assistance assignments.
  • Must be competent to work in a team environment with clear parameters as well as the ability to work independently.
  • PTM training and mandatory updates required.
  • Ability to use databases, HMIS, Well Sky and other reporting platforms to achieve goals.
  • Experience in trauma informed care, wrap around services and motivational interviewing.
  • Other duties, as required.

Position Requirements:

  • MSW with 2 years of social work experience, or Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, psychology, or related field with a mini9mum of four years' relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working with a public-school system or in homelessness services.
  • Preferred experience working with unaccompanied homeless youth and/or with undocumented families.
  • Be supportive of The Salvation Army's mission and culture. The ability to model the high standards of the Organization as one of the world's most distinguished human service charitable organizations.
