Under the direction of clinical leadership, the In-home Supervisor is responsible for supervising clinical and administrative tasks for the program.

Scope

Promotes mission, vision, tenets and values of Mount Saint Vincent, and abides by service behavior standards.

  • Under direction of the Clinical Manager is responsible for the direct clinical oversight of the in-home therapy program, including monitoring of identified key performance indicators. Maintains knowledge regarding practice standards, regulations, agency processes and policies.
  • Assures complete and accurate clinical records in compliance with all regulatory agencies.
  • Coordinates and performs onboarding and orientation for new team members. Establishes clear performance expectations for roles that differentiate levels of performance and hold supervisee accountable to those expectations.
  • Performs supervisory responsibilities per agency and regulatory requirements.
  • Provides direct care as assigned and completes accurate and prompt documentation in accordance with professional standards, agency and regulatory guidelines.
  • Participates in on-call coverage as required. Reports grievances and complaints made by patients, families, referral sources and other health care professionals.
  • Reports allegations of client abuse, neglect and/or misappropriation of client property.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Psychology, behavioral health, social work, or a related field is required.
  • Licensure as a psychologist (LP), professional counselor (LPC) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado is required at time of hire.
  • Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) course completion card from the American Heart Association, require
  • Valid State of Colorado Drivers License is required at time of hire
  • 3 years of related experience is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory/management experience, preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and in writing.
  • Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.
  • See and read computer monitors and documents.
  • Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.
  • May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling and reaching

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
