Responsibilities

Industry Expert and leader in Cable NextGen Networks(NGN) Solutions/Offerings

Contribute to Strategy & Build NGN offering, case, investment requirements, critical initiatives for Cable Network Operators

Drive offerings for TCV/revenue growth objectives and contribute to Practice P&L

Business/Technology transformation advisor for key Tier1 Telco service providers - Network/Technology/Process Modernization

Generate thought leadership for Cable Network operators (Senior leadership presentations)

Drive strategic alliances & partnerships

Manage analyst and advisors relations in the NGN field for Cable Network

Collaborate with Sales to qualify opportunities

Contribute on practice M&A strategy

Domain & Technical Skills

20+ Years of Cable network/Quadplay experience, with global reach

Strong relationships with Industry senior leaders across tier1 Cable Network Operators

Acknowledged inspiring leader with ability to speak at conferences/forums (MWC/TMForum etc)

Broad expertise in Wireless Telecom technologies - CPE, Access, Transport, Core, NMS/OSS etc

Experience in Cable Network modernization strategies - DOCSIS 4.0, Open/PurpleWRT, RDK, Virtualization, Network Twin, Cloudification, AIOps etc

Experience in Network & OSS layers and their modernization journey, return on investment/CBA etc

Expertise in Technology evolution like - Service intelligence, AI powered NoC, Zero Touch Operations etc is a plus

Experience in IoT integration is a plus

Personal Skills

Strong vision for practice development & growth

Effective communication & crisis management skills

Strong analytical skills with ability to review relevant data and use it to drive informed actions

Strong decision making abilities and influencing skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 5/03/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $[200,000.00-230,000.00] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
