Overview

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be using your strong organizational abilities and communication skills to support the business development, operations, and growth of Esri's Advantage Program for federal government customers, which is targeted at building capabilities and success for Esri customers and partners, in their deployment and use of ArcGIS.

As a part of the Professional Services Division, the Programs team supports the business development, operations, and management of the Advantage Programs portfolio for customers, partners, and international distributors to foster best practices use of Esri technology.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relevant systems, guidelines, policies, and templates to support effective and efficient program management to meet program objectives
  • Liaise with other key internal Esri groups such as Global Business Development, Educational Services, Technical Support, International and Partner Program Teams, Contracts, Customer Service, and Marketing to meet program objectives
  • Establish, develop, and/or maintain relationships with key federal government customers and partners, in support of program initiatives
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and presentation of proposals, quotes, reports, and support plans as required
  • Provide input and reporting regarding resource requirements for overall program operations
  • Support other strategic Esri Corporate and Professional Services initiatives as required

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience supporting federal government customers
  • 1+ years of experience serving in a business role
  • An appreciation for technology and willingness to learn high-level concepts
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, coordinate, and complete multiple simultaneous activities
  • Ability to coordinate, manage, and maintain visibility on multiple accounts
  • Ability to develop strong, productive relationships with colleagues, partners, customers, and management to meet targeted objectives
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to develop metrics, create reports, interpret results, and make recommendations on appropriate courses of action
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, time management, presentation, and writing skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, agile, and team-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in business, GIS, or a related field

Recommended Qualifications

  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Professional Services Automation, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and/or other business management/reporting systems
  • Familiarity with or exposure to Esri technology
  • Experience performing technical delivery/coordination or consulting
  • Experience working with customers in a service-oriented business environment
  • Experience preparing, reviewing, and presenting high quality proposals, business metrics, and reports

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$64,480$83,200 USD
