Role Responsibilities

• Act as consultant on various compensation matters, including but not limited to equity plans, incentive compensation and executive compensation.
• Complete job evaluations and market analysis using established processes and provide recommendations for promotions, pay adjustments, bonus and equity.
• Participate in projects as required. Moderately complex compensation activities including analyses of programs.
• Performs duties under limited supervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures

Role Requirements

• Bachelors in Business Administration or Human Resources
• 2-4 years experience, or equivalent.

Salary

The base salary range is $67,500-90,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies
