Overview

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Survey Project Manager to join our team in Denver, Colorado.


Join our Survey/Geospatial team, which offers a full range of survey and geospatial data and mapping services that enable us to collect data faster, safer, and more accurately than ever before. Collect data from the air, ground and subsurface to provide precision data interpretation with us, and accelerate YOUR success to become tomorrow's industry leader.


Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day land surveying projects including:

  • Client Communication (internal and external).
  • Collaborate with staff in the Denver office and between offices.
  • Active role in interviewing new staff and growing the survey capabilities of the office.
  • Project Proposal Preparation.
  • Management of multiple survey projects and survey tasks in projects led by other teams.
  • Quality Control checks on survey tasks.
  • Oversight and delegation of tasks to Survey Technicians.
  • Project Invoicing and invoice follow-up.
  • Oversee, mentor, and train two (2) or more Survey Crews.
  • Business Development: Develop relationships and obtain work from existing and new clients with Colliers Engineering & Design's diverse Survey/Geospatial disciplines, including 3D High Definition Laser Scanning, Mobile Lidar Mapping, Rail Surveying, Boundary Surveying, Topographic Surveying, Construction staking, UAS mapping, GPS and Conventional Surveys.
  • Actively cross-sell services for other service lines.
  • Coordinate with SUE manager to provide survey support to SUE projects.
  • Maintain a PLS in the State of Colorado.

Qualifications

  • CO State Professional Land Surveyor License preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in all areas of the job description.
  • Must be able to generate revenue through existing client base and new business development.

Salary Range: $95K-$115K/YR DOQ.
