Salesforce Junior Admin and Sales Support- Denver, CO

As Salesforce Junior Admin and Sales Support, you'll play a vital role at Western Union supporting our global Sales organization. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce Sales platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the Salesforce Junior Admin and Sales Support should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions, working on ongoing strategy, optimizing sales operations with user engagement and satisfaction a priority.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce Sales Cloud and a desire to keep learning and growing. You should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions.

Role Responsibilities

* All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups

* User support tickets

* Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.

* Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.

* Monitor user adoption and focus teams on where to spend time.

* User training and creating training materials.

Role Requirements

* Salesforce product knowledge and 1-2 years hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud

* Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification

* Training users and creating training materials

* Certified Salesforce Administrator

* Data retrieval and manipulation

* Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions

* Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)

* Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow, custom fields and objects, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports, permission sets, custom metadata

* Active in the Salesforce community

* A proactive attitude to platform enhancements

* A desire to implement best practice solutions

* Available and responsive to questions

* Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

* Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued personal/professional development

Salary

The on-target earnings range is $52,700.00 - 84,000.00USD per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
