Product Manager, Salesforce Platform: (Belmont CA, Denver CO, Dallas TX)

We're expanding our Product Management team to make sure we stay ahead of the competition.This position will be a hybrid employee role and can based out of any of our three major offices (Belmont CA, Denver CO, or Dallas TX).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the product strategy, design, and roadmap of the Salesforce platform, understand the partner's and internal users' needs, and deeply identify with customers in order to provide a world-class user experience.

  • Understand the internal user's needs, and bridge business and technical considerations that result in innovative and compelling solutions for the users.

  • Define product priorities of Salesforce platform related initiatives and collaborate with engineers to develop the solution. Overcome roadblocks and evaluate trade-offs when appropriate.

  • Coordinate and sync product initiatives across different internal teams, executive stakeholders, and business units, by establishing a shared vision and getting buy-in.

  • Monitor and measure success metrics after launch. Incorporate feedback into the product development process.

  • Create compelling G2M and education materials for partners and internal users (e.g., feature descriptions, use case diagrams, white papers etc.)

Required Experiences & Skills:

  • 5+ years of product management and/or business analysis experience in Salesforce.

  • Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, capabilities and limitations.

  • Experience with managing, configuring, and or building new custom capabilities in Salesforce.

  • Experience driving strategic product direction, with an emphasis on day-to-day execution.

  • Natural leadership. You know how to influence people to get things done across any job function. People love working with you.

  • Technically proficient. You are capable of wading into the details but can also drive a 100k foot view to work closely with both technical and non-technical team members.

  • Experience in Agile Development Methodologies.

  • Experience in working with and leading remote teams.

RingCentral is headquartered in Belmont, California, and has offices around the world. If you are hired in Belmont, the compensation range for this position is between $131,000 and $161,000. If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $96,000 and $138,000.
