As a member of RSM's Application Development and Integration (AppDev) team, you will be key to helping our clients along the digital transformation journey with advanced software enhancements and integrations. The AppDev team is responsible for designing, development, and deploying those solutions in a way which provides the maximum value to our clients while also ensuring that the delivered approach will be supportable into the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive data integration projects

  • Work with ERP and CRM design teams in the US to understand, support, and review business requirements

  • Assist clients, consultants and developers in the design and implementation of integrations between package software solutions.

  • Manage development efforts and report status updates, using the systems and following the established processes

  • Maintain a high level of ownership and see assignments through to completion based on agreed upon deadlines

  • Understand functional and technical requirements

  • Create time estimates for development

  • Perform unit testing/QA of development to ensure the business requirements are being met as requested

  • Perform solution and/or code reviews when applicable ensuring best practices are being met

  • Serve as a mentor and trainer to others, primarily in technical aspects

  • Assist with data architecture, data conversion and system performance improvement

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field

  • Minimum 8 years of experience with application development and integrations

  • Experience working with MuleSoft, Boomi, SSIS, Celigo, or other integration platforms

  • Ability to interface with clients to understand their current business and accounting processes

  • Experience on multiple successful implementations of ERP and/or CRM systems

  • Solid understanding of software development principles

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of technical developments and trends in application analysis, design, and development

  • Knowledge of technical and business writing

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Salesforce, and/or Intacct are a plus

  • Experience building API's using REST or SOAP

  • Platform Certifications for MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.

Compensation Range: $104,000 - $221,400 |
