Job Description

Responsibilities include directly assisting all members of the team utilizing all current and future land systems and programs including but not limited to iMap and other GIS mapping programs, Navigator, Land Calendar, AP Imaging, and Agreement Tracking System. This person will also coordinate with the Land Team as well as the Team's geologists, engineers and regulatory personnel regarding data research, analysis and mapping of any and all information on various acquisitions, joint ventures or divestments being considered by the Division. In addition this position will assist on all leasing, drilling and production programs. Other duties will include preparation and review of Federal, State and fee assignments, prepare various monthly land reports, follow-up on inquiries from Land Administration and landowners, assist in preparation and filing of various State and Federal regulatory applications and tracking or mapping similar type applications filed by EOG's and competitor's, review Federal / State / fee title and lease research, provide title curative as directed, assist in preparation of various land or legal documents and track well proposal elections for EOG operated and non-operated wells.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience preferred with responsibilities as described. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both oral and written. Must be able to handle multiple projects and obtain results in a performance-driven, team-oriented environment.
Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
Min $88,000.00 / Max $144,000.00
