In this dynamic role, you'll provide valuable support as a key member of the Third-Party Labor Management team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and leading global third-party labor governance and compliance strategy across the Western Union enterprise.
  • The individual in this role will be required to develop and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances with senior business leaders and key stakeholders, to identify overall contingent staffing savings and create global spend synergies, efficiencies, and sustainable third-party expense reduction.
  • Responsible for leading the Third-Party Labor Governance enterprise strategy into the BU for execution.
  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and communicating standard operating procedures for the Third-Party Labor Program.

Responsible for enforcing and communicating the GSP TPL Policy.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business plus 7-10 years business experience. MBA preferred.
  • Position will supervise and manage resources on a direct and indirect basis, globally.
  • Experienced in Third-Party Labor globally, including but not limited to local employment basic laws & regulations.
  • Vendor Management Systems experience required.
  • Supplier Management experience required.
  • Governance & Compliance experience required.

Salary

The annual rate range is $121,500.00 - $162,000.00 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
