Job Description
We are seeking a Department Administrative Assistant to join our growing Denver office. As a valued team member, you will provide a broad range of administrative support to attorneys and staff. This position will be on-site and work hours are 8:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

- Provide department administrative assistant support for the Denver office.
- Manage calendars in Outlook.
- Assist with time entries and electronic filing.
- Perform email and document management filing.
- Schedule conference rooms, set up for meetings, and arrange for lunches, as needed.
- Prepare expense reports and process vendor invoices.
- Assist Denver Legal Assistants on day to day operations.
- File and distribute incoming correspondence.
- Locate information for assignments as directed.
- Save e-mail to the network, update databases.
- File information promptly and accurately; retrieve promptly.
- Create and revise electronic documents.
- Type neatly and accurately.
- Scan, fax and photocopy documents.
- Proofread material to ensure high quality product.
- May be requested to perform other duties as requested.

What we're looking for:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Accurate typing skills of 40 wpm.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with all levels of personnel.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgement in problem solving and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently, be proactive, take appropriate initiative and adhere to deadlines and priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and perform well in stressful situations.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent attendance.
- Willingness to learn new computer software and customized databases (preferred).
- Previous law firm experience (preferred).

The pay range for this position in Colorado only is $22.33 to $27.30 per hour.

This range represents Dorsey's good faith estimate of likely compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will be dependent upon a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and location and may fall outside of the range indicated.
