First Western is seeking an Manager, Training & Development to join our team!

As a Manager, Training & Development at First Western, you will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our Training team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop, implement and maintain training programs, company-wide.
  • Directly lead a team of learning professionals to support department/company training goals. Guides subject matter experts to develop and deliver training within their areas of expertise.
  • Drive engagement, through a strong learning culture. Help First Western to be identified as a great place to work.
  • Expand on existing training/on-boarding to allow new-hires maximum success.
  • Maintain and enhance career growth path for existing associates, based on company's current and future needs.
  • Identify associate/candidate competency gaps and develop training plans/programs to meet them.
  • Analyze use of assessments to identify potential strengths and weaknesses in associates and candidates.
  • Partner with outside vendors to meet the training and development needs of the organization.
  • Manage all learning platforms and serve as principle Admin/Quality Control (e.g. BVS, LinkedIn Learning, etc.).
  • Collect feedback on learning initiatives and help Human Capital with data collection via survey creation and analysis.
  • Support company-wide sales training (Value Selling) and credit training (Moody's).
  • Develop and facilitate training.

What You Bring:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of instructional design programs
  • Passion for learning, training, and developing skills
  • Excellent facilitations skills
  • Experience working with adult learners
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communications skills
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the business
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Outstanding leadership and team mentoring abilities
  • Must have strong background in strategic development and implementation
  • Effective interpersonal communications
  • Detail-oriented

5-7 years Training and development, with public banking institution experience preferred Required

Pay Range: $80,000 - $120,000/YR

Job Classification: Full-Time Exempt
