In this role you will manage key Corporate Finance functions and serve as liaison with other CFO organizations including other Finance teams, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and M&A

Role Responsibilities

  • Supports Corporate Finance team on key presentations for the Board of Directors and Senior Management
  • Drives company-wide close and estimate process
  • Assists with forecast of financial statements (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement/details, Balance Sheet, tax detail) and leads analysis of actual results
  • Leads calculation, tracking and review of actual and forecasted currency impacts
  • Supports Treasury, M&A and Tax teams by providing scenario modeling, analysis and reporting
  • Assists finance monthly close processes, including analyzing and summarizing results, preparing reports and consolidating variance analyses in accordance with key SOX processes
  • Understands and clearly articulates complex business issues
  • Partners effectively cross-functionally to build consensus and deliver on multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Supports other Corporate Finance processes, including quarter-end reporting, earnings release, planning and forecast cycle, Corporate finance communication, among other
  • Performs other ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

Role Requirements

  • 1+ years progressive Accounting or Finance experience with a proven track record of consistently delivering results
  • Bachelors or progress towards preferred, CFA or progress towards preferred
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to manage and improve upon multiple complex processes
  • Self-starter: proactive approach, foreseeing issues and planning accordingly while remaining results oriented
  • Attention to detail: thorough and accurate
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Oracle Hyperion products preferred
  • Highly motivated, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Salary

The on-target earnings range is $81,950-121,000 USD per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
