The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.
The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless currently seeks an/a Housing Development Coordinator who will support all areas of the organization's housing development activity. This position provides project and administrative support to the Director of Housing Development and to the Housing Development Department by assisting Housing Development in the preparation and follow-up of grant and funding applications, assisting with resolving and reviewing title and other closing requirements, and assisting with land use and predevelopment activity. This position is located at 2111 Champa St., Denver, CO 80205 and reports to the Director of Housing Development.
