As an innovation leader, we're looking for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global commercial team. The 2024 Commercial Academy is an exciting opportunity for recent college graduates looking to kick-start their careers!

The Gates Commercial Academy is a 2-year development program designed to shape our future leaders. This program is designed to accelerate your professional development through project-based business assignments, enabling you to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business, gain experience within the world of industrial and automotive sales, and develop your business acumen through exposure to senior leadership.
While working at Gates, you will receive formal training on our products, divisions, customers, and more. The initial 12-18 months of training will take place at Gates Global Headquarters in Denver, CO. Successful completion of the program will result in placement in a role that aligns with your aptitude and interest, which may include relocation throughout North America.
This program will allow you to gain experience with a variety of departments including:
  • Marketing
  • Product Management
  • Customer Service
  • Sales Productivity
  • Category Management
  • Application Engineering
  • Sales Development
  • Field Sales

ABOUT YOU
  • Must be a current student or recent graduate of May 2023
  • Associate degree in Sales and/or Marketing, Automotive Management, Business Management, Distribution, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Passion and motivation to learn and excel in a variety of environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship
  • Geographically mobile within the US (relocation assistance will be provided)
BENEFITS
  • Full-Time
  • Salary: $65,000
  • Relocation: Yes
  • Medical, Dental and Vision insurance: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
