Job Summary

Under general supervision, this position requires a multi-faceted, multi- talented individual with knowledge of commercial finishes. Drywall repair and finish, paint (brush, roll and spray).

Essential Functions:

*Drywall installation and repair

*Drywall finishing and Texture

*Commercial painting with an assortment of Paint types


Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required


Work Experience:

  • 1-3 years experience in painting and dry wall required.


Licenses:

  • DLR-Colorado Driver's License Class R - DMV - Department of Motor Vehicles Required


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

*Physical ability to contain construction areas and carry out finish tasks relevant to a large healthcare institution

*Flexibility with regard to working all shifts necessary
