The cross-solutions product marketing team is tasked with driving adoption of TransUnion's global solutions by using strong, scalable go-to-market tactics that solidify our position as thought leader, innovator, and trusted partner. Sitting at the intersection of product management, marketing, training and sales, our product marketing team is highly collaborative, both cross-functionally and within our own team.

What You'll Bring:

* Proficient in designing and implementing comprehensive strategies and frameworks for managing and optimizing a diverse partner ecosystem. This includes setting measurable goals, segmenting partners, and creating compelling value propositions. This includes a strong capability in conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, potential partnership opportunities, and competitive insights, ensuring that ecosystem strategies are informed by current market dynamics and future opportunities.

* Advanced ability to utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on partner performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and overall ROI from partnership activities.

* 5+ years of B2B experience in building and scaling partner programs; track record of successfully developing, launching, and scaling partner programs, demonstrating growth in partner engagement, revenue growth, and market expansion.
* Fluency in developing thought leadership content, supporting collateral, and case studies to drive partner channel sales and awareness
* Advocacy skills, emotional intelligence, and superb communication abilities to foster and improve productive relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders, including sales leaders
* Possesses strong project management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a pronounced bias towards execution, complemented by an innate drive to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to organize work and prioritize tasks based on strategic directives from management with minimal supervision.

* This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Experience in developing and executing on successful partner marketing strategies and operating models for impactful product launches targeting global markets, is preferred.

Impact You'll Make:

As TransUnion evolves and expands its partner programs across the solution portfolios, The Development Manager of Partner Ecosystemwill be recognized as an expert in this area of the organization and will spearhead the strategic development and management of the partner ecosystem. This role involves establishing scalable processes, identifying and integrating affiliate, channel, and strategic partnerships, and evaluating partnership performance. Your impact to the success of the team will include the following:

*Reports directly to the Vice President, Product Marketing.

*Subject Matter Expert: Act as a primary consultant on all aspects of the partner ecosystem, providing strategic insights to both internal and external partners. Foster strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders

* Strategic Framework Development: Develop the strategy for building and managing a diverse partner ecosystem, including criteria for selecting strategic alliances, channel partners, affiliates, and other key partnerships.

*Process and Infrastructure Creation: Design and implement scalable processes and infrastructure to manage partner relationships effectively.

* Enablement Program Development: Create enablement programs for different types of partners for joint solutions.

* Performance Evaluation System: Develop a system for evaluating partner performance including KPIs and regular review processes, to ensure partnerships are meeting strategic goals.

Pay Scale Information :

The salary range for this position is $108,905.00 - $184,600.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s). At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
