This is where you and your skills come in. We are searching for an accomplished leader to spearhead our Strategic Partnerships team's marketing initiatives. In this influential role, you'll lead our efforts to forge strong alliances with key partners, driving impactful marketing initiatives to elevate our brand presence and achieve mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Leadership:

  • Assume a pivotal role as the foremost authority on partnership offerings, values, and shared objectives, deeply understanding the nuances of each partner's marketing landscape, channels, and events.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing positioning, narrative development, competitive analysis, and external communications to maximize the potential of our partnerships.

Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Lead the ideation and implementation of innovative marketing programs aligned with partner ecosystem go-to-market strategies, including high-impact co-marketing initiatives to enhance external awareness and drive customer engagement.

  • Conceptualize and orchestrate compelling campaigns that amplify the impact of specific partnerships, leveraging a diverse array of marketing channels and platforms.

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Foster and cultivate strong relationships with key partner managers and marketing counterparts, aligning marketing efforts with business objectives to drive mutual growth and success.

  • Collaborate closely with partners to identify synergies and co-create impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience.

Internal Collaboration and Evangelism:

  • Forge strategic partnerships with Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing Management (PMM), and other internal stakeholders to seamlessly integrate partnership initiatives into broader marketing strategies.

  • Champion the value of partnerships internally, ensuring effective communication to drive awareness and maximize the impact of sales and marketing programs across the organization.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Approximately 15 years of experience leading and managing partner marketing programs, with a demonstrated track record of driving impactful results and fostering collaborative relationships.

  • Exceptional proficiency in crafting product and solution-based differentiation messaging to effectively position partnerships in the market and drive competitive advantage.

  • Proven track record of developing process-based programs to drive efficiency and scale in marketing activities, maximizing ROI and resource utilization.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead matrix teams, collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and inspire cross-functional excellence.

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $126,000 and $234,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
