Senior Project Manager

About you

We're looking for a stellar senior project manager who is super organized, experienced with planning, executing, and finalizing projects on behalf of clients according to timelines and within budget including being the point of escalation for issues. You will also define the project's objectives and lead all aspects of quality control throughout its life cycle.

In this role, you will...

  • Client interface & project team relationship management, main point of contact with Client

  • You successfully run meetings, set agenda's, maintain project directories, issue meeting minutes, etc.

  • You have experience with budget & milestone/schedule development, management, and tracking.

  • You have experience with RFP generation, interviewing, analysis & recommendations of project team assembly.

  • Oversight of FF&E & 3rd party Procurement Process

  • Ability to read & understand construction drawings & specifications.

  • Assist owner with contract negotiations and analyze & negotiate change orders.

What you'll bring...

  • Background in at least one of the following areas: Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Cost Estimating or Engineering with at least 7-10 years of experience.

  • Bachelor's or master's Degree related technical field preferable or comparable relatable experience.

  • Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.

  • Familiarity with FFE, AV, IT and Security in regard to both design and construction is required.

  • Strong analytical skills to understand interpret and communicate critical schedule data and present viable solutions.

  • Ability to learn client specific software applications and be technologically capable.

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Access, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, and SharePoint

  • Five years' experience with MS Project OR similar scheduling software, familiarity with Primavera a plus

  • Proficient and comfortable with various web-based project management tools and IWMS systems

  • Understanding the project life cycle. Demonstrate ability in driving the organization to use the data to drive risk identification, quantification, response, and control with respect to the master schedule.

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $86,233.00 to $178,308.00.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. 12 weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.

Bonus

This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
