RSM US is a leading Microsoft and Oracle NetSuite partner who leverages leading enterprise resource planning platforms to help customers stay competitive in a constantly changing environment.

We are continuing to experience strong growth and are currently hiring Senior Associates proficient with implementing various AI technologies and platforms.

Sr AI Associates are primarily responsible for the successful continual growth and expansion of AI related intellectual product development across a variety of platforms. This includes building new solutions from existing libraries, utilizing existing technologies for expansion of AI solutions, and determining new product opportunities based on the on-going AI evaluation of products. From design to product delivery, a Sr AI Associate's work closely aligns with industry initiatives, product packaging processes, and determining best implementation procedures. In addition, you will assist with the on-going improvement of delivery procedures, best practices, and toolsets to further enable the success of RSM led software implementations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of software development with a majority focus around large language models and associated AI platforms.
  • Experience developing and delivering SaaS and standalone AI solutions.
  • Experience adopting requirements to successful product development via Scrum, Agile, or other development methodology.
  • BS/BA or higher degree in Business, MIS, Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Knowledge of standard ERP processes: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Plan to Produce

Preferred Qualifications:

  • TFS and/or Git branching strategies and knowledge.
  • Experience with the Dynamics 365 Platform (F&SC, BC, CE), NetSuite, or other major ERP platforms.
  • Microsoft Co-Pilot design and/or development experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Industry experience in Government Contracting, Retail, Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, or Industrial Products.
  • API integrations with ERP platforms.

Compensation Range: $84,200 - $168,500 |
