Position and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high standard of customer service by keeping up to date reporting and tracking procedures
• Follow the Quality Systems requirements for record keeping to ensure accuracy of reporting and for both internal and external customers
• Constant Monitoring and improvement of our ISO Certification and documenting procedures
• Help to develop & maintain Standardized Work Instructions used throughout the manufacturing quality organization by QC team members. Work with the quality manager to accurately capture customers documentation needs in BIM 360
• Support the development of Process Failures and Effects Analysis to identify critical risks in the production processes as well as documenting the changes.

Qualifications:

• 2 years' experience in Quality Assurance Field or related discipline
• ISO Certification Knowledge
• High School Diploma
• Applicable Training for competency and awareness
• Ability to perform all RK employee requirements per the employee handbook
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge in Spreadsheet and Office Software
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to effectively implement new procedures and regulations.

Safety is Our Top Priority:

• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

• Work outside, inside, and in dusty, noisy and hazardous areas.
• Work in high places, tight places, confined spaces and/or other adverse locations.
• Climb, balance, squat, kneel and crouch.
• Employee must be in general good health and able to work in the shop environment.
• Employee must be able to follow all requirements for PPE on a daily basis. (where applicable)
