As part of the Major Gifts team within MSU Denver's
University Advancement division, the Individual Giving Administrative Coordinator is critical to the team's success in creating meaningful relationships leading to individual donor investments in the university. The Individual Giving Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for administrative duties and tasks ensuring cohesive and productive donor relations services. This position reports to the Senior Director of Major Gifts.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative, executive support, and development related tasks. Participating in a variety of projects, the successful candidate must be exceedingly well-organized, solutions-oriented, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a fast-paced team. Strong written and verbal communication skills, decision-making ability, attention to detail, and customer service orientation are equally important.

Note: This position is eligible for a hybrid (remote/in-person) work schedule as job responsibilities allow.
Salary for Announcement
The anticipated hiring range for this position is $51,100-60,000.
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
The above salary range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
