As a vital member of our team within RSM's power of one consultancy, specializing in the Microsoft practice, the One Microsoft Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting in the coordination of all One Microsoft projects and initiatives. This includes contributing to the organization, management, and execution of comprehensive strategic projects. The coordinator will span across the Microsoft ecosystem, with the primary objective of enhancing our capacity to deliver integrated capabilities to our valued clients.

Essential Duties:

The 1M Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in coordination of One Microsoft projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and objectives in collaboration with project managers and team members.
  • Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for project-related communications, meeting scheduling, while ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of project status updates, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and progress reports.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or objectives, and work proactively to mitigate them.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfill stakeholder requirements.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to project teams as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating onsite meetings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various Service Lines, Sub Functions, and teams to gather input, align priorities, and facilitate communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for project management within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor or Associate Degree - Required

Technical/Soft Skills:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Products including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word - Required
  • Experience working with SmartSheets - Preferred
  • Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics, and tables - Preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team. - Required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate both verbally and written and tact in persuading SMEs to comply with procedural requirements - Required
  • Ability to demonstrate sound decision making and organizational skills - Required
  • Strong attention to detail - Required
  • Operates with a sense of urgency - Required
  • Microsoft Certifications - Preferred
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once - Required
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at many different levels within the firm - Required
  • Ability to anticipate conflicts and resolve. - Required

Experience:

  • Previous project coordinator (1-2 years) - Preferred
  • Relevant Microsoft partnership experience - Preferred

Leadership Skills:

  • Ability to support, affect, and implement change - Required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. - Required
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with instructors and participants. - Required
  • Demonstrated ability to respond positively to changing circumstances, seek to implement change to drive improvement, and serve as a model of change. - Required
  • Ability to prioritize work and set deadlines for self and others -Required
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. - Preferred

Compensation Range: $64,400 - $115,600 |
