The Trash Company, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety conscious LocalCDL Driver for our Mountain Sites to join our GROWING team in based in Granby, Colorado. Willing to Consider Non-CDL Driver who is willing to get CDL permit and obtain CDL License. We can help!

This position will have a home base in Granby, Colorado and may provide support to our partner Mountain Sites in Vail & Silverthorne, Colorado.

PAY:

• *** $10,000 STAY ON BONUS! ***
• This position pays $29.00 - $31.00 per hour depending on your experience. For Non-CDL drivers we will pay $25-28/hour during training period. Working 50-55 hours a week.
• Work over 40 Hours is Paid Overtime.
• This position is eligible for safety bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely operating a garbage truck on specified routes to collect solid waste.
• Reading route sheets and service each customer identified on the sheet or assigned by the dispatcher.
• Performing routine post and pre route inspections on vehicles such as checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires.
• Having professional and courteous interactions with our customers when needed.
• Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Class A or B CDL
• Clean driving record.
• 1 year of local route driving experience.
