Job Description

The NEW! Cambria Hotel Denver RINO is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and independent-working Front of House Restaurant Supervisor to start during the pre-opening phase and carry through into regular hotel operations. We expect this leader will exceed brand standards and Owner expectations once opened. As part of the property team you will help us "craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns"! Position Responsibilities:

Provide the highest quality of customer service to all guests during the service within outlets. Under the direction of the Executive Chef, leads the F&B team in all outlets including banquet events and beverage operations. Additionally assist all guests with requests, needs and issues related to meal periods and with general information. Directly interact with hotel guests to provide exemplary service and attend to all needs.

  • Be responsible for limited waste of food and operating supplies
  • Receive, verify and put away incoming stock, as requested
  • Prepare work station/area for next meal period, as needed
  • Handle cash, guestroom charges and credit cards as required by Hotel's standard operating procedures

Job Requirements

  • Previous front of house experience required
  • Excellent Guest Service, Computer and Communication Skills are required via verbal, written and electronic means
