What does a Merchandiser Lead do at Swire Coca-Cola?
As the lead merchandiser, your role is central to ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining stock levels, and upholding Swire Coca-Cola's display standards. You'll also step in for Account Reps and Supervisors when needed, taking on additional responsibilities and gaining valuable experience in merchandising and the beverage industry. Your contributions will not only support the local team but also enhance your leadership skills and readiness for new challenges in this dynamic industry.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure leadership and accountability in restocking displays, sections, racks, coolers, and shelves.
- Apply merchandising principles to drive productivity and efficiency.
- Manage multiple priorities and allocate resources between accounts.
- Brief frontline employees on scheduling and meeting delivery goals.
- Anticipate and address potential customer issues to prevent dissatisfaction.
- Train frontline employees using efficient processes and tools.
- Consider cost constraints while meeting customer needs.
- Help employees prioritize work and foster teamwork.
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 2+ years of experience in retail, stocking, or merchandising
- Reliable form of transportation
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in operating iPhone devices
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as necessary

Base pay rate is $23.54 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
