The Graduate Project Analyst Position:

12-months', full-time, fixed-term contract starting May 2024 and would suit a final year/recent graduate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as single point of contact between labor vendors and Travelport through the lifecycle of an engagement; maintain internal stakeholder rapport by listening to and resolving concerns
    • Reviews contracts/Statements of Work
    • Works with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements for sourcing new requests
    • Collaborates with vendors and facilitates meetings with internal stakeholders throughout the process
  • Handles onboarding process utilizing tools such as Oracle HCM and Microsoft PPM
  • Collect, document, and analyze various metrics by vendor/Statement of Work to assist in decision making process including but not limited to:
    • Resource details (headcount. location, attrition, etc.)
    • Spend details
    • Invoice auditing/accuracy
  • Prepare and distribute detailed reporting on above metrics
  • Perform data cleanup activities as needed

Who we are looking for in this role:

  • Recently Graduated in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent college education, and/or the equivalent of training and experience
  • Must be proficient in basic math
  • Basic knowledge on how contracts are structured and executed
  • Advanced Microsoft Product skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft PowerBI knowledge a plus
  • Ideally some knowledge of Oracle HCM and/or Microsoft PPM
  • Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You have strong communication skills, in Spanish and English; you're able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • You are based in Guadalajara and available to come to the office 3 days per week.
