Job Summary

Under general supervision, performs various clerical/administrative duties. Reviews medical records and inputs pertinent information into database in support of ongoing grants. Retrieval and distribution of medical records from outside sources. Maintenance and development of Smartsheet for data collection.

Essential Functions:
  • Accurately inputs data into databases and identifies errors promptly. (50%)
  • Maintains records and files which supports database. (30%)
  • Processes requests for records and files (20%)

Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED Required

Work Experience:
  • 1-3 years clerical or administrative experience Required and

Licenses:

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Knowledge of medical terminology.
    • Telephone and computer and system skills.
    • Organization and communication skills.
    • Ability to demonstrate professional work behavior by following guidelines established by policies and procedures.
    • Ability to multitask.
    • Ability to work independently and with others.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems within limits of established policies, procedures, or instructions.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledge of word processing and data entry systems.
    • Proficient in the Learning Management System, Cornerstone
    • Proficient in Sharepoint.
