UDR, Inc. is hiringan Analyst - Seasonal, to join our team at our corporate office in Highlands Ranch, CO. If you have a passion for sales and thrive on crafting an exceptional customer experience, then we want you on our team!

On a daily basis the position isresponsible for compiling and sending reports to our stakeholders (other teams in department). Accountable for relationship-building with key stakeholders in property operations. Adheres to a high standard of renewal management best practices as outlined by Management. Entrepreneurially minded individual with a focus on streamlining efficiency and implementing innovative solutions. Dedicated training will be provided to all interns.

Timeframe: 2-4 months between May-August

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Adhere to UDR legal and audit requirements, federal, state and local fair housing regulations regarding the application process, lease creation, collection of all resident documents and unit vacant days.
  • Thoroughly complete and enter data into the property database.
  • Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Research and prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software at the direction of the Department Manager.
  • Act as backup for Centralized Sales, Renewals, NTV, STF and Corporate Housing Teams in a reporting sense as needed.
  • Partner with internal UDR teams and departments to improve access to data, automations, reporting and technology that drives department support and decision-making.
  • Identify strategic opportunities for department growth and innovation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Occasionally lifting files or paper weighting up to 30 pounds. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports. Regular and consistent attendance on the job is an essential function.

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment. Weekend work and/or split schedule possible.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Customer relationship development experience is required.
  • Office administration experience preferred.
  • Property management/leasing experience preferred.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license unless otherwise noted.

Hourly Range:
* $21.93/hr. - $24.03/hr., depends on experience
