ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assists the Facilities leader in all aspects of project implementation as needed.
  2. Support the Facilities leader with external contacts as needed.
  3. Coordinate all Facilities activities, work direction and support systems
  4. Set up, maintain and organize department's central files, information, filing and messages.
  5. Assist facilities staff in locating parts, supplies and materials
  6. Prepare and maintain RFP's, bid information and other contract documents.
  7. Coordinates vendors and necessary contracts and paperwork needed for each project.
  8. Manages work order system, including receiving work request, assigning work orders, entering system data and providing the overall system administration.
  9. Assists with prioritization of duties for Maintenance and Housekeeping
  10. Assists with payroll and payroll adjustments as needed for Facilities.
  11. Keeps current and accurate records on each working project
  12. Other tasks as assigned.
