Job Description
Position Objective: This multi-functional role will help drive and support the start up for a brand new beauty and wellness product division at Wagner. It is a pivotal role in the customer experience for this product line. The role will be involved in e-commerce activity including pricing, setting up product online and at customer portals, marketing support, demand forecasting and customer support via phone/text/social/online chat. Responsibilities: Sales Manage online product portfolio (Price, promotion, profitability). Manage online merchandising content. Providing sales reports to leadership. Providing monthly/annual forecast. Develop relationships with B2B E-commerce retailers & platforms. Onboard new B2B customers. Initiate and manage 3P selling relationships. Marketing Communications Management on website including making optimizations based on conversion and analytics. SEO analysis and optimization on US website. Working with agency on brand & performance marketing advertising, making necessary optimization and reporting results to leadership. Updating marketing messaging/copy across both retailer sites and IONIQ site as needed. Managing social media including scheduling posting, responding to comments & DMs. Reporting on marketing KPIs to leadership team. Assist with marketing projects as requested. Customer Service Responding to end-user customers phone call, emails and chat (via website) answering product questions including troubleshooting and helping provide solutions. Working with Wagner internal product support team to make changes to virtual assistant tool on website as needed. Other Longer term business development (products/channels). Develop packaging for new product additions. Providing VOC feedback on Customer Experience. Relationship To Others: Internal contact with sales, marketing, customer service supply chain and Overseas team (EU) Externally will ultimately work with a variety of e-com customers and suppliers. Dimensions of Position: Work with customers and understand any pain points. Set up online promotions, manage online content. The role will ultimately have a high degree of autonomy and help develop future strategy and tactics for the brand. Qualifications: Education and Experience * Bachelor's in a related field; and 5+ years of ecommerce related sales and marketing experience and customer service skills or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience as determined by the hiring manager and Human Resources. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Oral & Written Communications: The ability to write clearly and informatively while varying writing styles as needed. Presentations will also include numerical data. Good proofreading for both spelling and grammar along with good listening skills and uses intuition and experience to complement data. Has an outgoing personality and can deal with "upset" customers making them feel special. * Planning/Organizing: Completes work in a timely manner, plans promotions. meetings and other related activities * Customer Service/Teamwork: Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; committing to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals and supports everyone's efforts to succeed. * Initiative: a self-starter who seeks increased responsibilities and looks for and takes advantage of opportunities; takes responsibility for own actions. Exhibits sound and accurate judgment. Has the ability and/or desire to grow into a larger management role. * Dependability: Is consistently at work on time along with arriving at meetings and appointments on time. Ensures work responsibilities will be covered when absent. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. * Must have a minimum of Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. * Occasional travel is required to visit customers; some overnight travel required, potentially international Working Conditions Work is performed in a standard or home office environment which requires occasionally lifting articles such as file boxes or heavier materials with help from others and/or lifting and carrying light objects frequently. A job in this category may require walking or standing to a significant degree or may involve sitting most of the time with long periods of computer work and phone usage. This position is hybrid, averaging 2 days per week in the office.
