Who You'll Work With
You will join McKinsey Legal's US & Canada Client Arrangements team reporting to the Paralegal Manager, and based in either our New Jersey or New York offices.
What You'll Do
You will create, update, and distribute standard form contracts, manage e-waivers, and related documentation in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
You will manage and oversee the staffing of attorneys to client projects.
You will assist with administration of our DocuSign contracts management database and serve as a point person for our contracts center of excellence.
You will work with attorneys, contracts managers, and paralegals on projects in support of firm and department initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Experience in law firm setting as paralegal or contracts administrator
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including clear and effective communication skills, excellent organizational skills and judgment, and ability to work well under pressure, and a team player
  • Ability to handle high volume of work, recognize priorities, manage time effectively, function independently, with moderate supervision, and awareness of when to engage an attorney
  • Computer skills extremely valuable (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, contracting database software a plus)
