Zayo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support the overall day-to-day Talent Acquisition (TA) operations, recruiters, hiring teams, candidates. This role interacts at all levels of the business. The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist collaborates closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to facilitate strong candidate experiences, help implement recruiting processes, maintain data accuracy and drive operational efficiencies.

We're open to this position working out of our Denver, CO office (1401 Wynkoop) in a hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide coordination and day to day operational support to the Talent Acquisition Team.

  • Schedule interviews, coordinate interview panels, and manage interview logistics.

  • Help organize and facilitate internal and external recruiting events.

  • Assist in managing recruiting tools and platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Asana and Circa.

  • Create and update job postings, manage requisitions, and create/maintain TA reports in Workday (Application Tracking System)

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and websites, ensuring information is accurate.

  • Serve as point of contact for Workday training and submitting tickets for issues; assist with Workday testing.

  • Maintain recruitment files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies.

  • Organize and maintain the Talent Acquisition team's shared drive.

  • Create and maintain internal documentation that supports the TA team processes, recruiting programs, contractor programs and business operations.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of TA operations.

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in the ATS, provide metrics and reports to guide recruitment strategies and support DEIB initiatives.

  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement

  • Use effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable point of contact for recruiters, candidates and hiring managers.

  • Manage contingent worker hiring process including releasing requisitions to vendors, assisting vendors and ensuring a smooth handoff to People & Culture Operations team.

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience of new hires and provide support and input on process improvement.

  • Manage all logistics related to hiring and onboarding new employees, while keeping recruiters informed on statuses: Generate offer letters/Ensure signed offer letters are received, conduct background checks, onboard in Workday.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.

  • Experience with Workday applicant tracking system (ATS) is required.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) orchestrating recruitment processes, demonstrating your expertise in coordination and engagement.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and Excel.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Discretion in handling confidential information.

  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.

  • Adept in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.

Base Pay Range: $56,300 - $74,000 USD/annually, commensurate with experience.
