The successful candidate is expected to maintain a track record of high-quality peer-reviewed published academic research in his/her field. The position consists of 40% teaching, 40% research, and 20% service. The normal teaching load consists of 4 courses per year. This is typically reduced to 3 courses during the initial years of the appointment. Classes may be on campus, online, or in a hybrid format, depending on departmental or program needs. The successful candidate is expected to reside in the Denver metro area.
The Assistant Professor of Management is responsible for teaching the following courses, including, but not limited to: Managing Teams and Individuals (MGMT 3000); Leading Individuals and Teams (BUSN 6520); Mastering Management (MGMT 4330); and Leading Organizational Change (MGMT 4350/6320).
Position is required to work and teach on campus.

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
