This position serves as the liaison for the State Interdepartmental billings and data entry in the State's finance system, CORE (Colorado Operations Resource Engine). Duties include creating various journals to CORE and requesting funding for the state funded controlled maintenance projects and capital construction project and performing various exhibit reconciliations. This position also assists with the annual research space survey process. In addition, this position supports the plant fund and cost accounting areas that include performing General Administrative Recharge (GAR) and General Infrastructure Recharge (GIR) journal entries and maintaining the related allocation module. Key Responsibilities: Space Survey Process - 40%

Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range for this position has been established as: Intermediate Level: $52,000 - $60,828 Senior Level: $55,000 - $69,276 The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
