Job Summary: |
Drs. Teixeira and Bethea's work focus on various aspects of disease pathogenesis with particular emphasis on obesity and diabetes. Specifically, Dr. Bethea's research uses rodent models to study the role of the gut-brain-axis in regulation of metabolism in health, obesity, and type 2 diabetes, while Dr. Teixeira`s research uses rodent models to study the role of thyroid hormone on the metabolism. You will work with a diverse group of individuals to carry some of these key responsibilities:

Anticipated Hiring Range: |
The hiring range for this position has been established as: Entry Level: $45,000 - $57,240 Intermediate Level: $48,970 - $62,290 Senior Level: $52,941 - $67,341 The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
