Staff Pharmacist - Full-time

As a full-time non-exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Staff Pharmacist, you will provide support for clinical programs and practices within the hospital as well as fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain the security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy. Candidates must be willing to work without a technician at certain times and have good organizational and time management skills.

Schedule: This position is scheduled to work 40 hours a week primarily between the hours of 7:30 am to 11:00 pm. The position may be required to work some extended hours including weekends as business necessitates. This position will alternate hours between 1st and second shifts.


About the Facility:Eagleville is a 288-bed non-profit hospital offering a variety of hospital and non-hospital programs for men and women in need of treatment for substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, and other behavioral health problems. Located in a quiet suburban area near a large Metropolitan Area (Philadelphia) Eagleville Hospital is a well-established privately-owned drug and alcohol rehab facility. The acute inpatient hospital is expanding creating new challenges and opportunities for the pharmacy. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.


About the Pharmacy: The pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 11:00 pm; Saturday and Sunday from 7:30am to 3:00pm.

Required Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmacy
  • CurrentPA pharmacist license in good standing
  • Currently working as an acute care hospital or other inpatient care setting pharmacist
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other members of CPS and hospital and pharmacy staff
  • Must be comfortable interacting with patients suffering from a mental illness
  • Individuals must have strong organizational skills and be able to work independently
