Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree

Daytime Hours | Salar: $90,000 - $100,000

Customer Service Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the account managers' teams.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service is being provided to customers.
  • Foster positive client relationships by mentoring team members to enable their success.
  • Supervise and manage billing procedures.
  • Review accounts receivable.
  • Cultivate a welcoming work environment and empower other team members to problem solve.
  • Assist team members with improving their skills through training and coaching opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct regular performance appraisals.
