Could you be the full-time onsite Material Controller in Kearny, NJ we're looking for?


Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive logistics and materials management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and results-driven teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless control of material movement onsite, particularly during the critical warranty period. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Transportation), manage quarantine receipt and notification processes, and much more."

We'll look to you for:

  • Storing materials in the Warehouse, rotating/consolidating parts, and updating bin locations daily,

  • Picking, packing, crating, and shipping various parts/products,

  • Performing cycle counts and participating in physical inventory when required,

  • Ordering materials in the system,

  • Assuring the accuracy of shipments of routine and non-routine orders,

  • Interfacing frequently with customer requests for materials; retrieving product and fulfilling service requests,

  • Performing data entry of Warehouse material movements

  • Bachelor's degree in materials management or equivalent experience,

  • 2 years of experience or understanding of Warehouse operations and materials management,

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in adverse weather conditions,

  • Agility in handling physical tasks and operations,

  • Familiarity with Warehouse management systems and data entry,

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,

  • Collaboration with team members and departments
