Job Description

The IMS division of Broadcom Software is looking for a qualified individual to serve as Partner Manager for our Strategic partners. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive the relationship and growth by identifying and nurturing the strategic partner relationships. As a Partner Manager you will have the chance to help shape the relationship with our strategic partners and build relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for collaboration and an understanding of the strategic partnership landscape. We are looking for someone with strong communication and the ability to build relationships with partners and cultivate mutually beneficial collaborations between Broadcom and Partner to Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for specific strategic partner relationships for IMS Division within Broadcom
  • Accountable for partners' performance, renewals and growth at 110%
  • Develop trusted Partner relationships through a cadence of business reviews built upon mutually agreed data driven objectives (Business Plan, QBRs, Marketing, training, etc..)
  • Develop ongoing Partner focused Business Plans through mutually agreed go-to-market and business objectives in order to remain profitable, defend & expand footprint and gain new customers.
  • Leverage IMS Marketing content to establish on-going go-to-market partner plans.
  • Consistently monitor SaaS levels on a regular and to meet ongoing internal compliance
  • Escalate all relevant product concerns and enhancement requests to Product Management & Engineering.
  • Understand competitive landscape, key relationships and competing priorities across all Partner organizations. Establish IMS focused relationships within the Partner & Partner ecosystem.
  • Enable Partners through a rigorous certification process to develop proficiency in order to execute product demonstrations, proof of concepts, RFPs across all solution areas.
  • Accountable to facilitate and troubleshoot all Partner renewals.
  • Maintain an up-to-date library of requisite legal agreements with each partner.
  • Responsible for developing with strategic partners and their partners for: education, marketing messaging and programs.
  • Engage key Partner stakeholders and strategic partners to grow IMS within Partner's eco system.
  • Work internally and across divisions to ensure a seamless partnership experience.
  • Work with IMS support and partner support teams to be efficient - Ex: Accountable for decreasing support volume.
Language and Travel

Spoken and written proficiency in English

Travel could be up to 50%

Education and Professional Experience

Bachelors and 8+ years of related experience is required; at this level post-graduate coursework may be desirable, or Master's Degree and 6+ years of related experience,

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $91,200- $152,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
