Job Description

Engineering a world of possibilities

The Department of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences (HASS) invites applicants for a part-time position as instructors for Nature and Human Values (NHV). The course combines composition with professional and environmental ethics. Topics include writing instruction, ethical philosophy, science and engineering ethics, and environmental justice. Opportunities are available for fall 2024 for up to two sections of the course. Position open until filled. Applications are reviewed in the fall for each academic year. Because fewer sections of NHV are available in the spring, NHV does not typically hire new adjuncts in the spring semester.
